Longhorn (colby) cheese -grated&lt;br /&gt;1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese -grated&lt;br /&gt;1 pkg softened cream cheese&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 tsp garlic salt&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped pecans (optional)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix cream cheese, mayo and garlic salt - then work into grated cheeses until smooth.  Add nuts and blend together.  Shape into log roll or cheese ball.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sprinkle 1 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 tsp paprika on wax paper and roll your cheese ball/log to coat. Bake 5 minutes or until Rolo is softened. Worcestershire &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Place ham and cheese inside sliced rolls. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over sandwiches. Use it all - and let set several hours or overnight. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven 15 minutes. Mix other ingredients together and pour over pretzels. Close bag and shake to coat pretzels. Turn every 30 minutes for 2 hours or let sit overnight. Set aside.  &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Combine brown sugar, butter, &amp;amp; corn syrup.  Cook and stir over medium heat until butter melts and mixture comes to a boil.  Cook without stirring for 4 minutes.  Remove from heat; stir in baking soda, cream of tartar and vanilla.  Pour over cereal mixture.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.  Let cool and break up.  Store in air tight container. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bottom crust:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Spread one can of crescent rolls over the bottom of the pan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Filling:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mix two packages of cream cheese, one cup of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla for about one minute, or until well blended. Spread the filling evenly over the bottom crust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Top crust:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Arrange the second can of crescent rolls over the filling.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour the melted butter over the top crust. Mix 3/4 cup sugar with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and sprinkle over the top of the buttered crust.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is browned. Dip chicken pieces in butter and into crumb mixture, coating welll.  Place coated chicken on greased baking sheet in a single layer.  Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(I make this with chicken thighs too. Remove from pan and set aside.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="left"&gt;In mixing bowl combine salt, pepper and paprika. Add chicken thighs to bowl and toss with tongs till chicken is well coated with seasoning. Brown chicken in pan 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from pan and set aside.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="left"&gt;Increase heat to just over medium and add white wine and chicken stock to deglaze the pan drippings. Allow sauce to simmer and reduce for a few minutes then add onions, mushrooms and chicken back to pan. Reduce heat to simmer and cover. Simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Prior to serving blend in sour cream till sauce is smooth and creamy. Serve over hot egg noodles. I made a few tweaks in mine, but this is a great recipe! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pizza Soup&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;INGREDIENTS:&lt;br /&gt;1 pound sausage&lt;br /&gt;1 cup chopped onion&lt;br /&gt;1 cup sliced celery&lt;br /&gt;6 cups beef broth&lt;br /&gt;1/2 cup red wine&lt;br /&gt;1 (16 ounce) can diced tomatoes&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 (8oz) tomato sauce&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 teaspoon Italian seasoning&lt;br /&gt;2 cloves garlic, minced&lt;br /&gt;1 cup zucchini, sliced&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;1 c. grated carrots&lt;br /&gt;1 pound fresh tortellini pasta&lt;br /&gt;1 bell pepper, diced&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Sliced fresh mushrooms&lt;br /&gt;salt and pepper to taste&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_0"&gt;Mozzarella&lt;/span&gt; cheese&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DIRECTIONS:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brown sausage in pot; drain off fat. Add onions and saute until tender. Add carrots, celery,  beef broth, red wine, tomatoes &amp;amp; sauce, Italian seasoning, and garlic.   Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Makes a very tender, flavorful roast.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="titlemed" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="font-weight: bold;" class="titlemed" align="left"&gt;Slow Cooked Roast&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="normal" align="left"&gt;1 pork roast, 3-5 lbs.&lt;br /&gt;1 onion, sliced&lt;br /&gt;1 can cream of mushroom soup&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="normal" align="left"&gt;Trim visible fat on roast (a little won't hurt).  Place roast in pan. Pour cream of mushroom soup and onion on top. Cover tightly.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="normal" align="left"&gt;Bake at 250° for 1 hour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="normal" align="left"&gt;Then turn down to 225° and cook for 3-5 or more hours (internal temp of pork should reach 160 degrees). Stir to melt in. To top it off, I usually prepare gravy and biscuits.  Nothing healthy about it, but if hubby loves it, hubby gets it!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Potato Kielbasa Skillet Recipe &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 large   potatoes, cut in bite sized chunks&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lb kielbasa, sliced&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1  c chopped onions&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1  c chopped green peppers&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2  T vegetable oil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1  t oregano&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1  t basil&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 t salt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 t pepper&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 c water&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 1/2 c shredded American cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In dutch oven, brown potatoes, kielbasa, onion and peppers in oil.&lt;br /&gt; Add seasonings and water.  Bring to a boil.&lt;br /&gt; Cover tightly and cook for 20 minutes,on low, stirring occasionally.&lt;br /&gt; Uncover and put cheese on top. Mozzarella cheese sliced (2 cups shredded cheese)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Combine sauce mix, tomato sauce, and paste, water in medium saucepan, bring to boil over low heat. Remove. Combine egg, cottage cheese (or ricotta), salt, spinach, 1/4 of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Set aside. Spread 1/2 cup sauce in greased 13x9c2 pan. Place half of the noodles over suace, half the spinach, half the Mozzarella and half of the sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan. Cover with foil and cook at 350 for 1 hour. Cut dough with round cutter (or cup or glass).  Place on lightly oiled cookie sheet. Place in large bowl. Add eggs and the grated Parmesan Cheese; mix lightly. Press onto bottom and up side of baking dish to form shell.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style=";font-family:verdana;color:black;"  &gt;&lt;b&gt;PREHEAT&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt; oven to 350°F. Melt butter in large skillet. Add peppers, garlic and onions; cook and stir until tender. Remove and set aside.  Brown hamburger; drain. Thanks Juli!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Mexican Casserole&lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;  &lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lb hamburger meat/or 1lb chicken breasts or tenders&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 1 small onion&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can Ro-Tel Tomatoes&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can cream chicken soup&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 can ranch style beans&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;10 tortillas  &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(I will use more next time!)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 box Velveeta cheese  &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;(I used 1/2 of a large box)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 pkg shredded cheddar cheese&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;       &lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt; &lt;div&gt;Brown hamburger meat with onion - or - cook chicken and shred. Combine meat, rotel, chicken soup, and beans together. Shred enough tortillas to cover the bottom of a greased baking dish. Cover with half of the meat mixture. Slice enough Velveeta to cover the top of meat mixture. Add more shredded tortillas to cover. Add a second layer of meat mixture. Cover top with shredded cheddar cheese. Spread popcorn out over waxed paper and drizzle melted almond bark over, stirring to coat popcorn. Lexi always eats one at this point, so our recipe is for a dozen!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Deviled Eggs &lt;/span&gt;-&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p align="left"&gt;6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and cut lengthwise&lt;br /&gt;                 ¼ cup Miracle Whip&lt;br /&gt;                 ½ teaspoon dry ground mustard&lt;br /&gt;                 ½ teaspoon white vinegar&lt;br /&gt;                 1/8 teaspoon salt&lt;br /&gt;¼ teaspoon ground black pepper&lt;br /&gt;3T Sweet Pickle Relish&lt;br /&gt;Paprika for garnish&lt;/p&gt;                   &lt;p align="left"&gt;Pop out (remove) the egg yolks to a small bowl                      and mash with a fork. Add other ingredients and mix thoroughly.  Spoon the empty egg white                      shells with the mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.  Chill and serve. Put  1T sauce, chicken and cheese into middle of flour tortill and roll.  Place into greased 9x13 pan.  Pour remaining sauce and cheese on top of rolled tortillas.
